[NV] Agreement allows guns in NV state parks

The Nevada attorney general's office has settled a lawsuit and agreed to allow anyone who can legally possess a firearm to bring a loaded gun into state parks.

Under a stipulation filed Sept. 14 in Reno federal court, a rule that barred most visitors from possessing loaded firearms will not be enforced while regulations are amended.
